Atlas

Outbound & GTM engineering

Outbound run by the operatornot handed to a junior team.

Most agencies sell you a senior name and staff the work with someone two years in. Atlas is one operator doing the research, the calls, the copy and the systems himself. Entry is a one-month pilot: six qualified meetings for $4,000, or the work continues free until you have them.

How to start

One month. Six meetings. $4,000.

No discovery retainer, no four-month validation program before anything lands on your calendar. The pilot is the entry point, and it carries a hard number attached to it.

Entry point

The pilot

$4,000 / one month

Full outbound motion built and run end to end. Targeting, list, infrastructure, calls, email and LinkedIn. Meetings land directly on your calendar.

  • Six qualified meetings, held not just booked
  • Qualification criteria agreed in writing before the first dial
  • Data, tooling and sending infrastructure included
  • Weekly reporting on what is landing and what is being killed
  • Every asset built stays yours if you walk
The guarantee If the month closes under six qualified meetings, I keep working at no additional cost until the sixth one is held. No prorating, no credits, no renegotiation.
After the pilot

Quarterly engagement

Scoped / per quarter

Once the pilot proves which segment and message actually converts, the quarterly agreement scales that motion instead of restarting it every month.

  • Higher meeting volume, scoped against what the pilot proved
  • Full GTM system build: infrastructure, data pipeline, CRM routing, reporting
  • Messaging and targeting compound quarter over quarter
  • Playbook documented so your team can run it without me
  • Priced on the volume you want, agreed before the quarter starts

Phone-first GTM

How the six meetings actually get booked

Most agencies build the email machine first and pick up the phone last, if ever. That is backwards. The phone returns market feedback the same day, and that feedback is what makes the email and LinkedIn copy work. Calls go first here on purpose.

01 / Segment

TAM breakdown and scoring

Your market split into segment, persona and angle rather than one broad avatar. Accounts scored on fit and on live signal, so effort goes where something is already moving.

02 / Research

Responsibility, not job title

Title filters miss the people actually involved. Targeting is built off what profiles say people own, plus below-the-line conversations that confirm the problem before the decision maker ever hears from us.

03 / Data

The lead database

Waterfall enrichment for verified emails and direct mobiles. Site-visitor deanonymisation, competitor case-study scraping, technographic filters and lookalikes off your closed-won.

04 / Build

Infrastructure

Secondary domains, DNS records, warmup, inbox rotation, verification, dialer, LinkedIn accounts and CRM routing. Built on my stack so your deliverability is never the thing at risk.

05 / Call

Phone first

Calls start before the email machine is at full volume. Objections come back the same day and repoint the copy immediately, instead of waiting three weeks for reply-rate data to tell you the angle was wrong.

06 / Write

Email that reads like a peer

One specific observable in the opener, one value proposition, one ask, under a hundred words. No hype adjectives, no explaining their own job back to them, no links that hurt deliverability.

07 / Social

LinkedIn as conversation

Short problem-led messages that lead a conversation rather than push a CTA. Voice notes and video where they lift reply rate. Multiple sending profiles when volume requires it.

08 / Iterate

Kill and double down

Every campaign is a live test. Weekly reporting on which segment, angle and channel is producing, what gets cut, and what gets more volume next week.

What this costs in house

The salary is the number everyone quotes. It is also the smallest part. Below is the real annual cost of putting one person on outbound, against the cost of pointing Atlas at the same problem.

In-house SDR$128,000
Base + commission at target $85,000 Payroll tax + benefits $21,000 Data, dialer, sequencer, email infra $14,000 Recruiting + ramp $8,000
GTM engineer$196,000
Base + bonus $150,000 Payroll tax + benefits $37,000 Enrichment + orchestration stack $9,000 Still needs someone to run the plays
Atlas$48,000
Pilot rate held for 12 months $48,000 Data + tooling Included Recruiting + ramp $0 Management overhead $0

The in-house numbers assume the hire clears target and stays past ramp. A new SDR typically produces nothing for the first quarter, and that quarter is paid at full price. Atlas produces six held meetings in month one or the month does not end.

Positioning

Why not just hire an agency

Atlas

  • One operator. The person on the sales call is the person running the campaign.
  • Calls start in week one, so the market tells you what works before you scale spend.
  • A hard meeting number with a written definition of qualified.
  • Every asset, list, sequence and playbook is handed over and stays yours.
  • Month one entry. Leave after thirty days with everything built.

Typical outbound agency

  • Senior name on the pitch, junior execution once the contract is signed.
  • Email-only motion. Nobody on the team wants to make calls.
  • Volume metrics instead of outcomes: sends, opens, leads in a table.
  • The system lives in their account. You rebuild from zero when you leave.
  • Four to six month minimum before anyone is accountable for a number.

Enterprise IT automation platform

B2B software
SDR Lead

Nineteen months owning outbound strategy into IT operations, network operations and infrastructure leadership at Fortune 500 and public-sector accounts. Built the call scripts, ran the sequences, handled inbound and tradeshow follow-up alongside cold. Led the rollout of a new outbound platform including setup, enablement and training for the rest of the SDR team, and drove migration of the revenue intelligence stack onto an AI model trained on the company's own CRM data.

329 meetings booked · 89% hold rate · $5.84M net new SQL pipeline · 32% inbound-to-SQL conversion

B2B media placement agency

Paid media
LinkedIn-led

A LinkedIn-first motion into founders and marketing leadership, run across two Sales Navigator accounts alongside cold email. Built a proprietary sales asset used pre-call and in-call to break the service into a comparable value offering, then a pre-call nurture deliverable that generated tailored interview topic ideas and shipped as a PDF before the meeting. Voice notes and video were the unlock on reply rate in a channel where everyone else was sending text.

$1.26M net new SQL pipeline · $186K net new revenue · $100K additional TCV · close rate 15% to 22% · show rate 65% to 88% · reply rate 2% to 8%

Short-form content agency

Media
Later acquired

Brought in to build a cold email function that did not exist, self-taught the stack in two weeks and stood up warming, sending, data, verification and reply handling from a blank page. Authored the sequence copy, then pivoted the strategy three times: mass sequencing, then multi-threading secondary contacts at the same account, then hand-reviewed hyper-targeted personalisation. Built an eight-step workflow that turned the vacation-season surge of out-of-office replies into routed secondary contacts and timed follow-ups instead of dead ends.

15,000+ unique emails · open rates up to 90% · 230 replies, 35 positive · 20+ original sequence assets · booked one of the most recognised names in digital media

Podcast network & management agency

Media
Four pipelines

Ran four concurrent pipelines for a podcast network and management agency: inbound sponsorship sales for the flagship show, guest booking outreach to founders, agency owners and health and fitness figures, new-client acquisition targeting podcasts for the agency to manage, and outbound sponsorship sales into brands and brand agencies across the whole network. Arrived with deliverability shot and copy that was long and over-personalised at the cost of volume. Migrated the sending stack, rebuilt warmup, reformatted the copy, built segmented lists, and documented the guest outreach as an SOP so throughput no longer depended on one person.

Deliverability rebuilt from failing · four outbound motions running in parallel · inbound close sequence rebuilt around price anchoring and scarcity · guest outreach SOP'd and handed over

SEO & web development agency

Agency services
Zero to one

Spun up email infrastructure from nothing and ran the first campaigns through a dedicated sending platform. SEO is one of the most crowded cold markets there is and the direct approach did not convert, so the strategy was pivoted: traffic-intelligence data was used to build genuinely specific messaging, paired with a free backlink offer delivered to decision makers over LinkedIn and scaled across multiple sending profiles. That version landed.

Message-market fit found on the second angle after the first failed · channel handed over as a documented system

Climate visualization software

Public sector
Conference campaign

A company whose entire pipeline came through referral, with cold outbound to municipalities failing repeatedly. Led a national adaptation conference campaign end to end, mixing phone and LinkedIn against the attendee list, then rebuilt the wider target model around the insight that cities outsource public engagement to consulting firms, which makes the prime writing the proposal the real buyer rather than the city's sustainability director. Campaigns were retimed to the grant-award-to-RFP window instead of the fiscal calendar.

Independent creative talent

Production
List building

List building for a professional voice actor selling into broadcast-quality production. The target was an intersection no filter can express on its own: high-end e-learning and video houses with genuine hospitality and food-service portfolios, narrowed to the production and content leads who actually hold budget to hire creative talent. Built and verified against portfolio work rather than firmographics.

Beyond booking meetings

GTM engineering

Half of outbound failure is not the message, it is the plumbing underneath it. These are systems built and shipped in production, not tools listed on a slide.

Deliverability

Sending infrastructure from zero

Secondary domain purchase and configuration, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, mailbox provisioning, warmup schedules, inbox rotation and list verification. Built from a blank page at three different companies, and rescued once from a failing state.

Platform

Sequencer migration and enablement

Led an outbound platform implementation end to end: evaluation, setup, integration, and then training the rest of the SDR team on it. The rollout is the easy half. Adoption is the part that usually fails.

Intelligence

AI on top of CRM data

Drove a revenue-intelligence migration onto a platform running an AI model trained on the company's own CRM history, so forecasting and call analysis reflected how that business actually closed rather than a generic template.

Data

Enrichment waterfalls

Multi-provider waterfalls so a contact falls through to the next source instead of dropping out of the list. Verified emails, direct mobiles, technographic and headcount filters, lookalikes built off closed-won.

Signal

Intent and trigger capture

Anonymous site-visitor identification, competitor case-study scraping, hiring and job-post signals, and monitoring for people publicly posting about the exact problem the product solves.

Automation

Reply handling and routing

Automated reply classification, do-not-contact enforcement, and an eight-step workflow that parses out-of-office replies into a secondary contact and a timed follow-up rather than a dead end. Meeting routing wired into the CRM.

Scale

LinkedIn at volume

Multiple sending profiles, connection throughput management, and the account hygiene required to keep them alive when the platform starts running verification checks against automated activity.

Analysis

Call review and reporting

Structured analysis of recorded calls to find where openers die and objections repeat, fed back into the scripts weekly. Reporting built so a founder can see what changed without reading a dashboard.

Who runs it

The operator

I am Ishrak. I have spent three years doing outbound as the person actually doing it, not managing someone else who does. 482+ meetings booked and $7.1M in net new pipeline across enterprise IT automation, B2B media placement, podcast and short-form content, agency services and climate tech.

Atlas exists because of a pattern I kept seeing from the inside. Companies that need pipeline get one of two options. Hire an SDR, and spend $128,000 and a full quarter before anyone knows whether the market cares. Or hire an agency, meet a senior operator on the sales call and get handed to someone two years into their career the moment the contract is signed.

The third option is one person who has done all of it: written the copy, made the calls, built the domains and the warmup, run the enrichment waterfalls, migrated the sequencer, trained the team. That person costs less than the SDR and is accountable to a number in month one.

I do not think outbound is a volume problem. The market already knows outbound agencies exist, which is why the generic pitch fails cold. What works is finding the accounts already in motion, calling them first because the phone tells you the truth fastest, and writing to them like a peer who understands the job they actually do.

Before you book

Questions

What counts as a qualified meeting?

Held, not just booked. A no-show is re-run at no cost and does not count against the six. The attendee sits inside the ICP and title band agreed in writing before the first dial. They know what your company does and agreed to the conversation on that basis. The account is not already an open opportunity in your CRM, and is not someone your team worked this quarter. Anyone who shows up not knowing why they are there does not count.

What happens if you miss the number?

I keep working at no additional cost until the sixth qualified meeting is held. Not a partial refund, not a credit toward next month, not a renegotiation. The month does not close until the number does.

Why six meetings and not twenty?

Because six held meetings with the right people are worth more than twenty with anyone who picked up, and because a number I can stand behind is worth more than one that sounds impressive in a proposal. If the pilot shows the market is deeper than that, the quarterly engagement scales the volume against real data instead of a guess.

Do I need to provide tools, domains or licenses?

No. Data, enrichment, sequencing, dialer, LinkedIn and sending infrastructure are all mine and are priced into the engagement. Sending runs on secondary domains I own and warm, so your primary domain reputation is never the thing at risk. All I need is your ICP, your positioning, and calendar access to book into.

What do I keep if I stop after the pilot?

Everything built for you: the target list, the enriched contact data, the sequences, the call scripts, the messaging that worked and the record of what did not. It is handed over in a usable format. The point of the pilot is to find out whether the channel works for you, and that answer is worth having either way.

Which industries does this work for?

Strongest track record is B2B software and enterprise IT, plus media, agency services and public-sector adjacent markets. The method transfers wherever the buyer is identifiable and reachable by phone. It works less well in categories buyers already know how to shop for on their own, and I will tell you on the call if I think that describes you.

Who actually does the work?

I do. The person on this call is the person writing the copy, making the dials and building the systems. There is no team behind me and no handoff after signature. That is the constraint and it is also the point.

Next step

Thirty days to find out if the channel works

Book fifteen minutes. We scope your ICP, agree what a qualified meeting looks like in writing, and set the start date. If it is not a fit I will say so on the call.
